Q2 : How to choose your products ? A: The Lotion & Foam pump has various colors and sizes.
You can choose any type as you wish.
Lotion pump has 2 types which are Outer Spring and Inner Spring .
They are perfect for viscous materials, such as lotions, liquid soaps
and shampoo as well as pharmaceutical, cosmetics etc....
The outer spring’s price is higher than inner spring, but the effect
is more clean and sanitary than inner spring one.
Foam pump are perfect for facial cleanser, shower gel ,hand sanitizer,
shampoo and other foam liquid.
Q3 : It's our first business , How can I ensure your quality ?
A: GOGPACK will send you free samples and great quality speaks for itself!
Before the bulk order, we can provide pre-production samples as per your
demands. During production, you are welcome to check by video at any time,
or a third-party inspection agency to inspect the goods before shipment.
If there is indeed a normal defective rate of product after our successful
cooperation, we will arrange the same amount of high quality products to try
our best to reduce your money loss and deadline risk.
Q4 : Can we get free sample ?
A: We offer FREE samples to our customer,
but the courier fee is on buyer’s account.
Q5 : Is there a minimum order quantity requirment ? ( MOQ )
A: For available mold’s products , 5000pcs order are required .
( White or Black color for Lotion pump , White or Transparent for Foam Pump )
For customized colors 30,000pcs order are required.
There is extra cost 300RMB for each customized color part
such as actuator & clip & closure.which can refund
if you have placed order successfully.
Q6: Can I customize the product ?
A: It’s highly appreciated that you can provide us with detailed designs
and your business ideas. We design and build each project
according to the needs of individual customers.
Q7 : How about your payment terms ?
A: Payment done by TT , 30% deposit , 70% before shipping.
Q8 : What about your shipping way ?
A: We will choose the shipping way as per your request.

Q9 : How about your lead time ?
A: For the available mold’s products ,it takes about 3-5 weeks to produce
your products after PI has been signed and payment collected .
Stock items 5-10 days ready .
Q10 : If any quality issue occured how you can solve it for us .
A: If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take picture
from original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days
after discharing the container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third
party, or we can accept the claim from the pictures you have presented.
Finally we will compensate all your loss completely.
